Control Center MFA access

Impact on authentication#

When logging into the Control Center and the firewalls, you will now receive a push notification via OneLogin Protect.
If the request is legitimate, we recommend approving the push notification promptly.

Alternative to push notification#

If you are using a shared OneLogin account with 2FA centrally managed through a password manager, or if the push notification is not coming through on your personal account, you can use password + OTP as a fallback.
For example, if your password is password and your OTP is 123456, enter password123456 in the password field. This will authenticate you using the password and OTP instead of the push notification.
